Ladies trench coat

My mother was recently looking for a trench coat and I went shopping with her. Everywhere we went, we found really trendy coats that seemed to be made for younger women. Finally, one helpful store clerk told her that she should specify and ask to see a “ladies trench coat” or a “women’s trench coat.” We both looked at her a bit confused and she explained that when we asked to see a ladies trench, people would more easily understand that we wanted a traditional and conservative jacket and one that is very classic and sleek.

We found my mother a trench coat in a great tan color. It’s a short trench and falls just below her hips. It is very flattering and the belt makes it very slimming. It’s a traditional double breasted trench which is what my mother wanted. Her plan is to wear it for the next 10 years or so, therefore, she spent a little bit more money on it. We noticed that all of the very classic looking trenches were a bit pricier. The saleswoman told us that some of these trenches came out every season in limited quantities. Many women would buy up those trenches and pre-order them because they were so classic looking. Luckily, there was still a few left on the rack for my mother to choose from and we easily found her size. Now, she walks around in that ladies trench coat looking stylish and classic.

Purple trench coat

My friend recently bought the most wonderful purple trench coat I’ve ever seen. It falls to the middle of her thigh, belts in the middle and is double breasted. But, the best part is the color. The color is this beautiful royal purple color. It reminds me of the color that kings and queens wore in London. I never would’ve guessed that they even make this color trench since it is rare to see purple used in trench coat. However, this is one fantastic coat.

The other day, my friend paired this purple trench with black tights and a beautiful white scarf. The entire look was sleek and gorgeous. The white scarf stood out really well against the purple coat and the black pants complimented the coat well. My friend actually told me that she had a choice between a yellow trench coat, a green coat and the purple one she ended up buying. In the end, the saleswoman told her that purple was in season and that she should act on this fast since very rarely do designers choose purple. The saleswoman also told her that yellow and green are often made, and that a red trench coat is one of the most popular, but that designers will choose different colors each season and purple was this season’s color. So, I am now so envious when I see my friend wearing her new beautiful purple trench coat.

A women’s trench coat is one of the most basic items that she should have in her wardrobe. Many people may recommend a pair of black pants or a black dress, but I would highly recommend a trench coat. This is something that can be worn every season. When you look at the style, you can see that it does not go out of style, but rather the longer you have it, the better it gets. These coats are made to last and highly durable. You will need one in the Fall, Spring, and early Winter. Having one of these handy will protect your other clothes from the wind, rain, snow, and sleet.

Although the designer trench coats may be more expensive, I would highly recommend purchasing one. Since the coat will last you more than 10 years, you shouldn’t think of the price as the same as a trendy item you will purchase that only lasts you through one season. Instead, divide that total price by 10 and you will see how much the coat is actually worth. Buying a designer coat is a great investment since they will last longer, are usually not as trendy, are made with better material and care, and will carry you through multiple trends and seasons. If you are not ready to buy a designer trench, still consider buying a regular trench coat to add to your closet.

Burberry trench coat

I just purchased my first Burberry trench coat and I am so happy. I’ve been eyeing the Burberry trench for the last 3 years. Every year, around my birthday, I would consider buying that trench for myself. But, since it was always a few hundred dollars over my budget, I would end up buying a few other items to add to my wardrobe, but never the Burberry trench. Finally, on my last birthday in February, I made the plunge and purchased my first brand new Burberry trench coat.

The first time I put on the coat, I was in love. It feels fantastic. The material is so soft and the Burberry lining inside that peeks out when you wear it makes me feel luxurious. I sort of want to wear it with my hands opening the jacket just to show everyone the beautiful brown and red checked pattern that is Burberry. The details on the coat are fantastic. Every button, stitching, lapel is so carefully made. My mother has a Burberry coat that has lasted her 20 years, that’s why I knew I wanted one. I will be wearing this coat for a long time. Every birthday, I will remember that I purchased this coat on my own, with my own savings, for myself. It will be something to show my kids and it will be something to wear for the next 20 years.
